No. It only raises the chance that a Mythic or Divine layer you already rolled is Shiny. The Mythic (0.5%) and Divine (0.01%) rates stay the same.
Is Chaos Luck worth it?
Only if you care about Shiny looks and already pull Mythic layers. For power, put Robux into Spin Tickets or VIP instead.
